ADP Workforce Now Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX or Cleveland, OH (Hybrid – Onsite as Needed)

ROCKCREST is seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Now Consultant to help optimize and expand our client's newly implemented ADP Workforce Now system. While payroll is already up and running, we need a specialist to configure and enhance additional modules, streamline workflows, and provide HR analytics support.

Key Responsibilities:

• ADP WFN System Optimization – Set up and enhance modules including Employee Self-Service, Time & Attendance (PTO Requests), ATS, Onboarding (E-Verify, Background Checks, Offer Letters), Performance Management, LMS, and Compensation.
• Workflow & Organizational Structure – Develop and implement efficient HR workflows, create an organizational chart with defined positions/seats.
• HR Analytics & Benchmarking – Provide data-driven insights and benchmarking to inform compensation, benefits, and talent strategies.
• Expense Management & Benefits Integration (Future Phase) – Support the setup of Expense Management and Benefits/COBRA Administration , ensuring seamless integration with EASE (current benefits system).
• Compliance & Tax Support – Assist in resolving minor payroll tax issues and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Onsite Collaboration – Ability to attend occasional in-person meetings in either Dallas, TX or Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing and optimizing ADP Workforce Now modules.
• Strong understanding of HR workflows, payroll, compliance, and analytics.
• Experience working with small to mid-sized companies in a consulting or HRIS role.
• Preferred experience with EASE or other benefits administration platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership on strategic HR initiatives.
