What You’ll Do:

• Supervise ABA Therapists (RBTs) and provide ongoing mentorship
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments
• Monitor client progress and adjust goals as needed
• Conduct caregiver training to ensure consistent progress
• Collaborate with families and team members to achieve meaningful outcomes

What You Need:

• Current BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in in-home ABA services (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
