Position Overview

We're seeking a Family Law Attorney (2-10+ years experience) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and emotional intelligence to guide clients through complex family matters.

Our base salaries are competitive and transparent: 2-3 years ($100K-$125K), 4-6 years ($125K-$160K), 7-10+ years ($160K-$213K+), but here's what sets us apart—our industry-leading 1,200 billable hour requirement means you earn significantly more per hour worked than competitors requiring 1,800+ hours .

Our transparent, performance-based bonus structure rewards excellence and accommodates different career goals: associates billing 1,700 hours earn total compensation exceeding $228K annually, while those who want to maximize earnings can bill significantly more—the work is absolutely there for attorneys who want to grind and build substantial compensation. This flexibility often results in total earnings surpassing firms advertising higher base salaries but demanding grueling schedules without choice.

Work Arrangement : This is a work-from-home position that can be full or part-time , requiring in-person presence only for court appearances in the Bay Area and surrounding counties.

Required Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license
• Strong background in divorce financial issues, domestic violence, and/or child custody
• Excellence in client communication and case management
• Background in litigation, research and writing, or alternative dispute resolution
