Key Responsibilities include providing direct and supportive care to clients, including health monitoring and crisis intervention; facilitating group education and structured activities, promoting client engagement and participation; communicating effectively with the treatment team, ensuring seamless care coordination; maintaining accurate records of client medications, behaviors, and progress; assisting in admission and orientation processes, including obtaining vital signs and collecting lab specimens; fostering adaptive behavior in clients, encouraging positive social interaction and role-modeling; ensuring precaution protocols are adhered to and documented accordingly; providing client transportation as needed, ensuring safety and dignity. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: High School education OR equivalent and two (2) years responsible employment; Experience in Human Services or related field preferred; Bachelor’s Degree, OR MAADC I or II (for St. Louis County Programs). Additional Qualifications: Successful completion of background check, including driving record and abuse/neglect check; Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance; First Aid certification within three (3) months of beginning employment and upon renewal date; CPR certification within three (3) months of beginning employment and upon renewal date; Ability to complete all mandatory trainings, including Relias and CPI/Crisis Management. Physical Requirements: Sedentary work, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently; Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift; Sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing for brief periods.
