Job Description

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought for a dynamic position in Hazlehurst, GA, within a K-12 educational setting. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives by applying applied behavior analysis techniques in the classroom.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in educational settings

• Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Previous experience collaborating with teachers and staff

Location:
Hazlehurst, GA

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students needs.
• Train and support teachers and staff in the implementation of ABA strategies.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educational teams to integrate behavioral techniques into the classroom.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and interventions.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
