Gordy’s Marina is looking for Haul & Launch help. This is a full-time, seasonal position, March – November.

What is Haul &Launch for a marina? Help launch boats, take them out of the water, transport to and from the lake, the service centers, storage, customers’ houses, and piers.

Seeking individuals that show or display passion for boating industry.

• Be able to drive a boat and drive a Gordy’s pick-up truck, safely on the water, on the road, and under all weather conditions.
• Ability to read Launch Report and ensure that boats are efficiently and effectively delivered or picked up, on time and to the right destinations
• Knowledge of customer boats and locations.
• Explore ways to better serve customers (Internal & External).
• Respect customer wishes and property.
• Ensure our motto “exceptional customer service” is lived every day.
• Project a positive company image at all times.
• Report all accidents and/or injuries to department manager ASAP.
• Must be 19 to drive and be insured on our boats/trucks
• Main duties include driving, launching/retrieving, hauling boats, including but not limited to, sterndrives, water sports boats, pontoons.
• Drivers will have face to face interaction with our customers to help facilitate any items they may need or issues that arise.

Compensation:

· Wages based on experience and negotiable
