Job Description Description: Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is currently hiring a full-time

Utility Associate-CDL . This is an excellent entry level position, and any level of experience is welcome to apply! You will be required to obtain a CDL-A license within the first 6 months of hire.

As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area.

Your New Role: Transporting equipment safely to and from customer locations when needed. Assisting the Parts Department with checking in, looking up, and selling parts. Assisting the Parts Department with answering incoming phone calls. Supporting the Service Department by maintaining a clean shop and assisting with jobs as needed. Supporting the Rental Department with machine check-ins and check-outs, fueling, and cleaning. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all products Atlas Bobcat sells and services. Using shop supplies in a practical and economic manner. Maintaining your assigned work area and following all safety rules. Performing other duties and tasks as directed by management. Requirements:

What You’ll Need to Succeed: Have a valid CDL license or the ability to obtain a CDL within the first 6 months of hire. Excellent communications skills. A willingness to learn and be trained. The ability to manage time and attendance. You must be dependable, self-motivated and be able to work in a team environment. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
