We are now seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to lead the implementation of an AI-driven lead generation system and drive revenue growth.

Position Overview
This is a leadership role responsible for developing and managing a scalable sales and marketing system focused on AI-based automation . The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial insurance sales and marketing or proven experience in establishing revenue-generating systems .

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Strategy:

• Develop and implement an AI-driven lead generation and sales system in partnership with technology vendors.
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing lead conversion and new business acquisition.
• Work closely with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms for clients.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Oversee a team of employees responsible for submission processing, marketing accounts, and policy administration .
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance oversight.
• Eventually, gain hiring/firing authority as the team expands.

Client & Market Engagement:

• Serve as a client-facing leader , guiding prospects through the sales process.
• Establish strong relationships with insurance carriers, vendors, and partners .
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Experience
✅ 4-5 years experience within a commercial insurance agency (sales/marketing preferred).
✅ OR proven experience in building automated lead generation & sales systems .
✅ Strong negotiation skills with underwriters & carriers.
✅ Experience leading or mentoring a team.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
