As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of support for customers and sellers, assisting with event and order-related inquiries. Whether it's answering calls, responding to emails, or ensuring smooth transactions, your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and creating great experiences.
What You'll Do:
✅ Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and emails related to ticket orders and event details.
✅ Assist customers and sellers with a variety of inquiries, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
✅ Investigate and resolve order-related issues while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
✅ Monitor and manage transactions, ensuring timely confirmations and a seamless process.
✅ Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Your Growth Journey:
First 30 Days:
Complete comprehensive training to gain knowledge about the industry, company processes, and best practices.
Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
Develop critical thinking skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.
First 60 Days:
Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities.
Investigate and resolve customer experience issues, ensuring fair and constructive resolutions.
Navigate the order queue efficiently, providing real-time assistance when needed.
First 90 Days & Beyond:
Continue learning and growing in the role by refining your skills and working towards individual and team goals.
Manage inbound seller calls, provide expert support, and oversee open orders to ensure timely confirmations.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in live events and a willingness to learn about the industry.
Work Schedule & Location:
Office Location: Coppell, TX
Training Schedule (First 4 Weeks): Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Paid Training, In-Office)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
⏰ Work Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Wednesday & Thursday Off)
