WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with the established procedures and may be directed by your supervisors. This role is intended for candidates interested in pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
