Ryder is hiring a CDL A Regional Dry Van Team Drivers in Corbin, KY. New CDL Graduates, Start your Career with Ryder's Driver Development Program! Ryder has developed proficiency-based training with experienced facilitators. Drivers will receive 8 weeks of training focusing on all backing, close quarter maneuvers, practice doing short and longer runs and get paid while doing so. Gain hands-on experience from the finest instructors in the industry.

Compensation:

• Weekly Minimum Guarantee after training: $1,682 per week per driver
  • Weekly Minimum Guarantee during training $1025 per week per driver
  • Team Miles Pay: 32CPM with 5,000 miles per week
  • Team Stops Pay:$7.00 per stop with 4-8stops per day
  • Drop & Hook pay: $6.00 per drop/hook

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Schedule: Monday Friday; Some Saturdays or Sundays
• Start Time: Must be open to AM or PM due to bid system
• Route: Carolinas, KY, MI, IL, TX
• No Touch freight

Equipment:

• Dry van, 53
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• 9 months experience or less
• Premade teams preferred but not required
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 30 miles of Corbin, KY
