Job title: Certified Scrum Master Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Role Job Description: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) leads a team through a project using Agile project management techniques

• Facilitates scrum
• Ensures the scrum framework is followed, including roles and rituals Guides the team
• Coaches team members on Scrum principles and best practices Helps the team improve
• Helps the team become self-reliant through techniques like self-organization and conflict resolution Manages impediments
• Removes obstacles so the team can focus on getting work done Communicates and collaborates
• Facilitates communication and collaboration between leadership and team players Helps the product owner
• Helps the product owner refine and maintain the product backlog Facilitates scrum events
• Facilitates scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
