About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Risk Officer to join its team. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in the overall management of the organization, with a primary focus on establishing and maintaining a robust Risk Management function. This includes the identification, assessment, management, and mitigation of various risks to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. The Chief Risk Officer will also be responsible for overseeing compliance, BSA, and information security, and serving as an internal audit liaison. Key responsibilities for the Chief Risk Officer at the company include providing day-to-day leadership to the risk management team, integrating risk management with business planning, and developing and implementing plans for risk management systems and processes.
