About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership in the assessment and mitigation of significant enterprise risks. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and influencing a diverse team, establishing a strategic framework for risk evaluation, and ensuring optimal outcomes for the organization. Key responsibilities also include educating and advising stakeholders on risk-related issues, collaborating with the Office of the General Counsel, and leading the development of innovative risk management strategies. Applicants for the Chief Risk Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of risk management experience, with a preference for those with a background in pediatric nursing and prior management experience.
