Job Description
JING Kids is seeking a Mandarin Chinese language teacher. We are looking for a dynamic native- or fully-fluent- Chinese speaker who loves working with children and making the Chinese language come alive.
This is a part-time position.
For June and July, hours are 2:45-5pm.
For August - May, hours are 1:15 - 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; and 11:15am to 6pm on Thursdays. For August-May, we will also need this teacher to help with driving and supervising duties.
The JING Kids Chinese After-School Program in Scripps Ranch offers Mandarin Chinese classes to children ages 4-12. Classes are 50 minutes long and include singing, playing, reading, writing, listening, and speaking. We provide all materials, training, and detailed lesson plans.
Candidates must have legal working status and reliable transportation. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful background clearance.
