Christian School Administrator- Head of School The Crossing Chugiak, Alaska, United States Birchwood Christian School is a Pre-K through 12th Grade school with an enrollment of 250 students. The Head of School will be the day-to-day leader of BCS, and will be assisted by an Ass't Principal and a Superintendent/Chief of Operations. The Head of School will conduct student and family enrollment interviews, determine staffing needs, and interview and hire staff in conjunction with the COO. The Head of School will be responsible for timely teacher evaluations, student discipline, and overall staff leadership. Our three primary requirements are:

1. A clear testimony of salvation and an active spiritual life according to Scriptural principles (Membership at The Crossing is required);
2. A Master's Degree in Education and Principal Certification through The Association of Christian Schools, International; and,
3. A genuine love for students and our families!
