You'll work with a team of passionate creators, perfecting recipes, maintaining quality, and ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Whether you're churning ice cream, preparing inclusions, or assisting with deliveries, you'll play a key role in bringing our handcrafted treats to life.

What You'll Do

• Bring creativity and care to every batch, following Clumpies' time-tested recipes while maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Work in both hot and cold kitchen environments, preparing everything from sauces and baked goods to creamy ice creams and refreshing sorbets.
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure our ice cream is always safe and delicious, keeping up with sanitation and cleanliness practices.
• Support the production team by assisting with ingredient prep, setup, and maintaining an organized kitchen space.
• Keep Clumpies stocked and ready by helping with deliveries and ensuring each location has the freshest flavors available.
• Collaborate and communicate, sharing ideas, feedback, and enthusiasm with your teammates to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Adapt to the needs of the team, whether it's jumping in to assist with a full production day or helping prep for a big order, remaining flexible is key!

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You're passionate about creating something special and take pride in making high-quality products.
• You have at least two years of experience in food service and a willingness to learn and grow.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy working with a close-knit team.
• You're comfortable following recipes and food safety procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• You're detail-oriented and organized, keeping track of production schedules and ingredient prep.
• You're open to working flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and special events.
• You can comfortably lift up to 50 pounds and spend long hours standing, moving, and working with your hands.
