About the Role:
\nWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC machines such as Haas VF-4 & VF-4SS to produce precision components. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tools, and perform quality checks to ensure all parts meet our stringent quality standards.
Responsibilities:
\n\nProgram, set up, and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes) to fabricate precision parts.
\n\t\n\tInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD designs to understand specifications and tolerances.
\n\t\n\tSelect and set up tools, attachments, and fixtures according to job requirements.
\n\t\n\tConduct quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
\n\t\n\tTroubleshoot machine, tooling, or programming issues as they arise.
\n\t\n\tPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
\n\t\n\tAdhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
\n\t\n\tCollaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize machining processes.
\n\t\nQualifications:
\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in CNC machining preferred.
\n\t\n\tProven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
\n\t\n\tStrong proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) and setup.
\n\t\n\tFamiliarity with milling, turning, and grinding processes.
\n\t\n\tAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
\n\t\n\tExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\n\t\n\tProficiency with precision measuring instruments.
\n\t\n\tSolid understanding of machining safety protocols.
