Job Summary:
Commercial Sales Representatives at Mesa Systems drive the acquisition of business for our comprehensive moving and storage services, focusing on commercial clients. This role involves cultivating leads, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery while nurturing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently organize and manage sales efforts using tools like Outlook and professional telephone etiquette.
• Coordinate with Operations to schedule moves, ensuring equipment and personnel availability aligned with clients' timelines.
• Develop and pursue sales leads within the commercial sector, upselling relevant services and providing accurate quotes.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and clients to foster positive relationships and streamline operations.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Mesa's service offerings and enhance revenue streams.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of direct sales experience, with a focus on commercial or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Experience in estimating and quoting services is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in written and oral communication.
• Ability to understand client needs, negotiate effectively, and resolve issues professionally.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry networks.

Physical Requirements

• Primarily seated in an office location.
• Some standing, stooping.
• Full use of hands, arms, hearing, vision, and voice.
