Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate text, images, and videos for policy compliance.
• Identify and escalate harmful or inappropriate content.
• Enforce guidelines while maintaining impartiality and accuracy.
• Provide feedback on improving content policies and processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Content Moderator , AI concepts , Machine Learning , Customer Service.
• HS Diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and machine learning.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
