What You’ll Do: Analyze complex claims trends (e.g., spikes in property claims by region) Deliver executive-level insights that drive claims and cost strategy Lead advanced analysis using tools like SQL, Tableau, Python, and Excel Build and manage a team of analysts (3+ headcount) Partner with Claims, Finance, and BI to ensure data alignment and impact What We're Looking For: 8+ years in data analytics, including 3+ years leading analytics teams MUST have deep experience in insurance claims or adjacent sectors Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred Must be ready to step in and lead This role reports to senior leadership and offers immediate impact, visibility, and the chance to shape your own team.
