Rare opportunity to join one of the premier dental groups in Springfield, MA

We have an immediate opening for one fulltime, or part-time, hygienist.

• We have a great culture and low turnover.
• One of our hygienists has been with us 10 years, and another 7.

How long do you need per patient? You decide. There are no hard parameters around the work you do. Do the work you need to do to take the best care of the patient sitting in your chair.

• Our hygienists average 90-100 minutes on new patients, and 60-80 on recall.
• We work Monday-Thursday. No Fridays. No Weekends.

• Plus a personal bonus for hygienists

• Plus we will pay for your Laser training and certification if you do not already have that.

Who will we hire?

• Must have a clean personal and professional background
• Must have a valid MA Hygiene License
• Must be kind and gentle with patients and never lose sight of the fact that without them our practice does not exist.
