Job Description

Our client is a well-established outpatient dermatology practice dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology needs. The team prides itself on delivering high-quality, personalized care in a welcoming and professional environment. As a patient-centered practice, they utilize the latest advancements in dermatologic care to improve outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and other dermatologic disorders.
• Perform dermatologic procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, and advanced surgical techniques.
• Provide cosmetic dermatology services, including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures (if desired).
• Educate patients on skincare, prevention, and management of dermatologic conditions.
• Collaborate with other providers and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Stay current with advancements in dermatology through continuing education and professional development.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Dermatology.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with patients and staff.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Please note - The annual base salary range is $280k to $400k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
