About the Role

We’re seeking a Mid-Level Digital Marketing Manager to drive targeted marketing campaigns for a leading construction staffing company. This role blends B2B lead generation, recruitment marketing, and employer branding , supporting Direct Hire and Craft Staffing services .

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sales Marketing

  • Develop SEO-optimized job postings for platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter
  • Execute A/B testing for job ads to optimize application rates
  • Manage sponsorships & paid media with industry platforms ( RoadDog, RoadTechs )
  • Create digital & print materials (flyers, case studies, social media ads)

Social Media & Employer Branding

  • Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Indeed company pages
  • Craft engaging content (employee testimonials, success stories, behind-the-scenes insights)
  • Improve reputation management on Google My Business, Yelp, and industry review sites

Email Marketing & Outreach

  • Create B2B lead-generation email campaigns targeting construction firms
  • Craft job seeker outreach emails for passive and active candidates
  • Work within Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms

SEO & Data Analysis

  • Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies to refine PPC, SEO, OTT, and geofencing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimizing cost-per-click (CPC) and conversion rates
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks

Who You Are

✔ 3-5 years in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or B2B lead generation

✔ Experience in construction, staffing, or skilled trades recruitment (preferred)

✔ Strong grasp of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and marketing automation

✔ Detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven
