Renewal by Andersen - Direct Marketing Associate

Renewal by Andersen, the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, is committed to making a difference in the lives of homeowners and communities. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the Greater Michigan and Grand Rapids area to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades.

This role offers uncapped commissions and a base pay starting at $20/hour, with on-target earnings over $80,000 in the first year. Compensation details vary based on experience, education, location, and certifications, which will be discussed during the hiring process.

Position Purpose

The primary responsibility is generating qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role includes a monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing within assigned territories, following the Canvassing Program Managers guidance.


2. Transport to and operate within assigned territories independently, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.


3. Use company mapping and business applications to record detailed data accurately.


4. Maintain professionalism, including proper attire and municipality permits.


5. Participate in company meetings and communicate ideas for program improvement.


6. Master product knowledge and promotional offerings to become a Signature Service expert.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Valid Drivers License with a clean record


• Minimum age of 21


• Reliable transportation


• Strong verbal communication skills


• Goal-oriented and self-motivated


• Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms on tablets


• Ability to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
