Renewal by Andersen - Direct Marketing Associate Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We aim to make a difference in the lives of our homeowners and communities. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the Greater Michigan and Grand Rapids area. This position offers uncapped commission and a base pay starting at $20/hour , with the potential to earn over $80,000 in the first year (OTE) . Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process. Purpose The role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data of prospective customers, and managing targeted market information. A monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement are available.
