Job Description

Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join their team. As a Document Control Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Document Control Specialist

Location: Wayne, NJ

Pay Range:  

Assignment duration: 6 months contract 

What's the Job?

• Maintain and implement change management systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Perform PDM Coordinator and Implementer tasks in Windchill, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provide overall support to the PDM user community, including troubleshooting system issues.
• Manage workflow for business-critical change requests and create necessary documentation.
• Train new PDM users and communicate enhancements to the user community.

What's Needed?

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experience in a related function.
• Three years of systems application and process experience required.
• Five or more years of experience in a medical device or regulatory environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Word and experience with SAP is required.
• Windchill Experience a MUST.
