Editorial Specialist – Digital Content Designer, Writer & Editor

Are you a skilled writer and editor with an eye for design and digital storytelling ? Do you love crafting compelling content, refining brand messaging, and bringing ideas to life through ebooks, blogs, and engaging visuals ? Gardenary is looking for a detail-oriented Editorial Specialist to join our team and help shape our digital content across multiple platforms.
🌿 What You’ll Do:✍️ Write, edit, and refine content for blogs, newsletters, ebooks, and product guides
🎨 Design and edit digital materials in Canva, ensuring cohesive branding and strong visual appeal
🤖 Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist in content outlining, drafting, and idea generation
📸 Edit and enhance photos and graphics for website, social media, and digital products
🖥 Format and publish content across platforms, ensuring SEO optimization and brand consistency
📚 Collaborate on creative projects to expand Gardenary’s editorial and digital presence
🚀 What We’re Looking For:✅ Strong writing and editing skills —clear, engaging, and on-brand
✅ Eye for design with experience in Canva and digital asset creation
✅ Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable using AI tools for content creation
✅ Detail-oriented and organized , able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
✅ Experience with:
• Canva (ebooks, lead magnets, social content)
• ChatGPT & AI tools for content enhancement
• Google Docs / Microsoft Word (editing and formatting)
• Blogging platforms (WordPress, Substack, or similar a plus)
• Photo editing tools (Lightroom, Photoshop, or mobile apps a plus)
