Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Event Coordinator and learn the ins and outs of coordinating memorable events. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop and drive marketing event project plans from inception to completion.

• Developing and driving marketing event project plans from inception to completion.
• Working with vendors to align resources and ensure event success.
• Creating detailed agendas for marketing events.
• Serving as the onsite point person for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in event planning, hospitality, or related field is a plus but not required.
