We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative EHS Coordinator to join our dynamic Environmental, Health & Safety team. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting critical safety and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and organize EHS records, including incident logs, training matrices, and inspection reports.
  • Schedule safety meetings, audits, and training sessions to keep our team on track.
  • Support compliance efforts by preparing reports and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Assist with incident investigations, corrective actions, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing safety training to empower employees.
  • Act as a vital link between the EHS department and other teams, driving continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally with EHS exposure.
  • Familiarity with OSHA and environmental regulations, paired with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A knack for handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Stand Out With:

  • Experience using EHS management software or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • First Aid/CPR certification or other safety credentials.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 standards.
