VFit Group (ownership group of Club Pilates and Cyclebar Franchises) is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to join our company. This vital role provides administrative support, meeting coordination, event planning, travel coordination, CEO's Family Coordination, expense reporting, and many other administrative tasks for our CEO.

Responsibilities

• Organized and motivated Personal Assistant to support his growing operations
• This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a recognized leader in the Pilates space
• industry, managing essential tasks that contribute to both personal and professional success
• Provide administrative support, including organization and daily task planning
• Oversee team infrastructure and ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate schedules and manage day-to-day activities

Qualifications

• Must be local to Orange County, CA, and can work remotely and in-office in Irvine or any of our stores across Orange and Los Angeles County. 
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic marketing knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
• A degree is not required, but a proactive and professional attitude is essential
