Job Description What You'll Do Manage a broad scope of patient care in a clinical environment focused on spine, orthopedic, and interventional pain management Perform detailed assessments, order diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and handle follow-up care Work independently in a fast-paced clinic with minimal supervision Support both acute and chronic pain patients with a mix of ortho and spine conditions Collaborate with the lead physician and clinical staff to ensure top-quality care and continuity Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR Experience You'll Need Recent hands-on experience in orthopedics, spine, or pain management Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time Active and unrestricted FNP license in Connecticut Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and confidence in managing a full patient load Open to W2 or 1099 structure depending on experience Experience with EMRs and efficient clinical documentation A plus: Candidates with 4+ years in a dedicated ortho or pain management setting Why Join?
