* Experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical and robotic manufacturing equipment
* Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
* Installs machines and accessories at customer sites. Installation includes all necessary assembly,
leveling, aligning, adjusting, calibrating, and wiring of machines and accessories.
* Diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical and software problems on machines and accessories
at customer sites.
* Tests operation of machines and accessories after completing installation or repair
* Trains customers on basic function of the machines
* Takes initiative to learn new machine models, features and accessories as they are
introduced.
* Complete reports in D365 documenting, hours, installation, assessment of reported problem,
repairs completed, parts installed.
* Utilize various test equipment for trouble shooting purpose, indicators, test bars, clamp force,
gages, etc.…
* Discuss status of assignment, diagnosis, parts required with customer on every visit.
* Maintain a professional approach in both appearance and customer and peer interaction.
* Communicate daily with Team Leader or designate on status of assignment and
estimated completion timing.
* Travel is required, some assignments will require overnight or multiple night stay.
