Job Title: Finishing Painter
\nShift: 1st
\nSchedule: Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm
\nLocation: Lafayette, TN
\n
\nDuties:
\n-Preparing painting surfaces
\n-Mixing, matching, applying paints and other finishes to various materials
\n-Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner
\n-Preparing the surrounding area and following safety protocols
\n-Calculating the amount of materials and time required
\n-Handling upkeep of equipment; cleaning, changing filters, setting air flow, etc...
\n
\nKnowledge:
\n-Quality Standards
\n-Raw Materials
\n-Pay attention to detail
\n-Ability to work well with others
\n-Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
\n-Ability to operate and control equipment
\n-Flexible and open to change

\n-Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
\n-Ability to interpret and translate needed documentation
\n-Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn equipment
\n-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n-Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations
