A-Line Staffing is now hiring Alarm Coordinator in Cumberland, RI.
The Alarm Coordinator would be working for a Fortune 10 company and has career growth potential. This would be full-time / 40 hours per week.

Alarm Coordinator Compensation

• The pay for this position is $23.36 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Alarm Coordinator Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Onsite position
• Safety-sensitive role

Alarm Coordinator Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper communication for both intrusion and fire alarm systems
• Manage SmartSheet and share validation details with other departments
• Validate alarm systems are reporting over the correct phone lines
• Perform technical troubleshooting by calling stores to ensure alarm system connectivity
• Program outbound dial parameters and ensure alarm panels accept program changes via phone system
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance with alarm service companies

Alarm Coordinator Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in alarm system installation and/or servicing
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Associate degree in electronic technology or equivalent related experience
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• CAD experience and/or training in alarm systems
• Factory training and hands-on experience with Honeywell, Bosch, and DMP systems
• Experience in a fast-paced call center or technical support environment
