**Position: Funeral Director

**Salary: $70-80,000 DOE

**Responsibilities:

- Meet with families to discuss funeral arrangements and services.

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of funeral ceremonies, including visitations, burials, and cremations.

- Provide guidance and support to families throughout the funeral process.

- Handle paperwork and legal requirements associated with funeral services.

- Collaborate with funeral home staff and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

**Requirements:**

- Licensed Funeral Director in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible for licensure).

- 10+ years of experience required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work with compassion, empathy, and sensitivity.

- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
