Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Successfully pass a background and motor vehicle check. Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work well with others. High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. 3-5 years of management experience required, with a preference for restaurant management. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously throughout the shift. Occasional bending, stooping, and climbing, including the use of ladders. Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Continuous use of hands and wrists for various tasks. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work safely with restaurant equipment. Work in varying temperature environments and with food allergens.
