Job Title: General Production Worker - 19.50 an hour!

Job Description

Join a dynamic team in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As a production worker, you will support machine operators with their daily responsibilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a modern, clean, and organized environment with potential for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in running approximately three machines.
• Set up and load machines, monitor computer screens for error codes, and alert operators as necessary.
• Perform lock out, tag out processes for maintenance needs.
• Stage materials for machine loading and pull materials for inspection.
• Maintain general housekeeping duties.
• Document daily tasks accurately.

Essential Skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting alongside machine operators.
• Capacity to work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong communication skills and consistent attendance

Work Environment

You will work in a highly automated manufacturing environment that is extremely clean and well-organized. The facility operates under GMP standards, requiring minimal jewelry, steel-toed boots, and appropriate clothing. A cafeteria is available on-site, and employees must remain on campus during shifts. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
