Graphic Designer

Hybrid-Remote Onsite 3 days per week in Scottsdale, AZ

Permanent Opportunity

The Graphic Designer supports the creative team by delivering end-to-end execution and strategy for integrated campaigns. The Designer will solve a variety of creative and business challenges while leveraging insights to bring big ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute a variety of projects that include but are not limited to: internal work, branding identity, print, retail, broadcast, outdoor, digital, web, social and more.
• Ideate and execute on 360 fully integrated campaigns for a variety of industries
• Follow brand standards: colors, typefaces, photography, and graphic styles in accordance with our clients’ standards
• Maintain and evolve brand standards
• Ability to take ownership of projects, handle multiple, fast-paced projects, adhere to strict deadlines, and accommodate quick turnarounds
• Efficiently execute high-volume production art for ongoing client needs
• Must be organized, familiar with project management software, and proactively communicate with project managers and creative leadership
• Mentor and manage designers, junior designers, or interns when applicable
• Collaborate with freelancers and oversee their production as needed
• Present work and strategy-based rationale clearly and confidently
• Absorb and apply feedback from leadership, peers, and clients.
• Ensure quality control measures are met prior to the release of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field of study, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years working as a professional designer with relevant digital and print experience
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Entry-level motion or animation experience is a must.
• Advanced experience in Premiere Pro, AfterEffects and 3D programs like Cinema 4D is a huge plus.
• Experience working with project management software like Basecamp, Monday, or others equivalents.
• Excellent composition and layout skills with clear knowledge of typography.
• Experience working with copywriters/content management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills with close attention to detail.
• Work well under pressure.

The salary range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $50K-60K.
