The Head of Growth Marketing will have a stellar understanding of digital marketing channels such as Paid Media, Social Media, Email, Affiliate and SEO. Levitate is seeking a visionary Head of Growth Marketing to lead our comprehensive growth strategy. This strategic role will drive growth for clients throughout the customer journey—from top of funnel awareness, best in class media buying oversight and strategy, to conversion optimization (CRO) to upsells to referrals, affiliate marketing, and landing page (funnel build outs). You will work closely with a team that includes shopify design/dev, paid media, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, SEO, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will spearhead innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth via acquisition, conversion, and expansion for prospects and customers across our clients. Working cross-functionally with our clients’ product, design, sales, and marketing teams, you will develop and implement data-driven growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and oversee growth marketing for various clients
  • Project manage teams for seamless campaign implementation in Marketing platforms
  • Establish media strategies (in conjunction with media teams) and audience targeting strategies and best in class performance creative suggestions for clients based on customer lifecycle segmentation & predictive analytics for your teams to implement
  • Provide recommendations for optimization of existing campaigns for clients with frequent multivariate a/b testing, execute such campaigns for up to 2 performance clients
  • Work hand in hand with other Directors at Levitate to handle cross functional clients. You will focus on growth consulting or media and work closely with Levitate’s internal design team, CRO team, eComm team, email/retention teams (all members of Levitate work closely together with each other across clients), ability to work with cross functional teams and collaborate
  • Oversee standardize reporting, track and analyze weekly & monthly KPIs for growth strategy, growth consulting scopes and special media clients
  • Eventually build out your team and mentor junior team members in client management, growth consulting, growth marketing and processes and other special projects
  • Provide thought leadership for a clients’ growth strategies which can be applied to the Growth and eCommerce department as well as overseeing performance creative output from design team
  • Solve complex problems for clients by understanding their business, its needs and industry and analytic trends
  • Expand on existing strategies, add new services and research new platforms to create growth for clients
  • Explain complex business and data insights to clients (be able to read attribution analytics, performance analytics and custom reporting)
  • Knowledge of standard ecommerce funnel as well as go-to-market, b2b/lead gen funnel, and auxiliary DTC e-commerce (how to build, optimize, etc).
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that integrates field marketing, paid media, events, performance marketing, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Team Management: Lead and expand a current team 
  • Paid Media: good understanding of performance media investments including paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and affiliate marketing. Align investments to achieve client growth objectives.
  • CRO/Funnel: Own the company website experience for optimizing traffic in our funnel as it pertains to best user experience, lead capture, converting prospects to leads and SEO growth
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies that enhance customer retention and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to monitor, adjust, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, translating data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across all growth marketing channels.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, ops, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and customer needs, identifying cross and upselling opportunities to drive growth.

Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years of digital strategy experience with knowledge in eCommerce best practices, web builds and conversion rate optimization
  • Healthcare, Fintech, eComm knowledge
  • Must strong knowledge on all media channels, growth marketing, VSLs, funnel building and Conversion Rate Optimization
  • Understanding of Affiliate marketing
  • Stellar project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced atmosphere
  • Demonstrated people-management, teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization skills and troubleshooting are in your DNA
  • Firm understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically email marketing best practices
