\n Salary/Pay Rate
\n1st Shift: $19.64 per hour
\n2nd Shift: $20.14 per hour
\n Work Hours:
\n• 6:00 am – 2:00 pm Mon – Fri with a mandatory overtime starting at 4:00 am
\n 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm Mon – Fri with a mandatory overtime until 12:15 am
\n • Some Saturdays and Sunday’s are required for a mandatory overtime.

\n What’s a typical day as a High Reach Operator?\n\n
    \n\t
  • Operating a  Raymond Double High Reach Forklift to move products\n\t
  • Ensuring products are shipped out in a timely and effective manner\n\t
  • Using work orders to pick, pull (with RF Scan Gun), and prep products for shipment\n\t
  • Processing, wrapping, and labeling pallets at ship prep station\n
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Have at least 6 months of recent experience operating a Raymond Stand-up High Reach Forklift \n\t
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, process-driven, and have good verbal and written communication skills\n\t
  • Can adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards\n\t
  • Have the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift boxes/products weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout your entire 8-10 hour shift\n
