Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our companys goals and objectives. 2. Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics. 3. Supervising the HR team and assisting them in their professional development. 4. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 5. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the company. 6. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. 7. Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. 8.
