Job Description:

The HR Coordinator will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and administrative tasks. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle recruitment: post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews
• Assist in onboarding processes and verify completion of new hire paperwork
• Coordinate and lead employee orientation sessions
• Maintain organized and up-to-date HR records and files
• Respond to general HR-related inquiries from employees
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and support HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
• Entry-level; no prior HR experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Details:

• Work Arrangement: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
• Start Date: Estimated June 23, 2025
