We're seeking an HVAC Technician to perform maintenance and electrical upkeep, ensuring the performance of our HVAC, boiler and condensate equipment. This job is located in Warroad, MN. If you need to relocate for this role, Marvin has a variety of benefit offerings to support your move. 

 

Highlights of your role:

• Verify equipment is operational and always performing within specifications, conducting preventative maintenance when needed.
• Troubleshoot and fix defective equipment, components, or wiring on HVAC/R equipment, including adding and reclaiming refrigerants.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and work required and performed in our computerized maintenance management system.
• Operate equipment to support operations needs and to better understand the processes they are expected to perform.  

Compensation: $23-$28 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• Understanding of commercial heating and cooling systems including reading schematics, maintaining systems, troubleshooting, Bill of Materials, etc.
• Flexibility and willingness to move from one job task to another without hesitation
• Physical capability to perform job duties, including working in tight spaces and at elevated heights.
• Strong knowledge of wiring, piping, equipment controls, and diagnosing equipment issues using schematics.  

Also want to make sure you have:

• EPA certification for handling refrigerant.
• 2-year degree or related work experience in HVAC/R
• Ability to obtain Minnesota Special Engineer License for boiler operation and Registered Unlicensed Electrician Licens e.  

Schedule:  

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., and any required overtime.
