Who You Are: - Value based, High Integrity, Flexible, & Innovative
What You Will Do: - Formulate and apply process modeling and other methods for discovering emergent effects to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other enterprise functions.
- May collect existing policies to help develop business requirements, services, or solutions.
- May analyze existing policies for potential gaps for unaddressed operational needs or barriers to standardization.
- May help develop workstreams and frameworks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications: - Be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance (Must be a US citizen)
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors Degree
