The daily grind includes:

• Cross-training on JEAR’s operations
• Performing check-calls, booking freight, scheduling appointments and negotiating rates
• Prospecting for customers and carriers
• Qualifying prospects and observing cold calls
• Independent projects

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juniors entering their senior year actively enrolled in a 4-year BS/BA business or sales program at any university in the US
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to complete a 10-week program in Charleston, SC during the Summer of 2025

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales post-graduation
• Competitive by nature with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Coach-able attitude with a hunger to succeed
• Enthusiastic and energetic
