Responsibilities

• Assemble simple to sophisticated instrument parts and components
• Use hand tools as well as machinery that is manually or computer controlled
• Follow established procedures on routine work with limited supervision
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Wear appropriate PPE including safety glasses, face shields, and gloves
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards
• Support continuous improvement activities and participate in problem solving activities
• Consistently meet production, quality, and attendance requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical School and/or factory experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree is ideal
• Strong attention to detail and uphold highest standards for quality
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Musical instrument experience is a plus
