In your new role you will:

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation : Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, ensuring insights support key business decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Perform data analysis to report key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify business trends to help drive organizational success.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain that visually represent trends, metrics, and the overall business health.
  • Analytical Problem Solving : Leverage analytical skillsets to identify opportunities and support decision-making across long-term projects.
  • Collaborative Execution : Stay goal-oriented, solution-focused, and adaptable under pressure, working as a dedicated team player within the HiRel organization to achieve shared objectives.
  • Support a long-term project to architect workflows and organize documentation.
This is a hybrid internship opportunity lasting a minimum of 6 months, with the potential to extend up to 1 year.

Candidates must be located near one of our office locations and are expected to work onsite at least once per quarter.

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

  • Educational Background: Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree (junior level or higher) or a 1st-year Master's student in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong interest in data analysis, with the ability to interpret trends and synthesize insights for business reporting.
  • Excel & Reporting : Comfort with tools like Excel, Power BI, or other dashboard/reporting platforms.
  • Documentation & Organization : Detail-oriented with a strong ability to organize workflows, document processes, and support project structure.
  • Team Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, take initiative, and follow through on shared goals.
  • Communication Proficiency : Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills : Self-motivated and highly organized, able to manage tasks independently with limited supervision.
  • Multitasking Ability: Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, project-based environment.
  • US citizen or green card holder: This internship requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).
