**The Opportunity**

Delaware North is hiring a full-time IT Implementations Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As an IT Implementations Analyst, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective IT service and problem resolution. **Pay**

Minimum Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66500 - $89900 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. **Responsibilities**

+ Collaborate with product and project teams to assist with all aspects of implementation, including identifying property interfaces and data requirements

+ Document and configure systems to ensure stable delivery, anticipating unique client needs during the implementation process

+ Create and implement automations to maintain proper configuration governance throughout the project

+ Educate and train business owners and system users on system features, and develop comprehensive training programs

+ Prepare documentation and materials for smooth handoff to client delivery and support teams

**Qualifications**

+ Associates degree or equivalent in information management, business administration, computer science, or a related field

+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experiencein the hospitality, entertainment, or related industry with exposure to information security

+ Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as point of sale, hospitality, and Microsoft Productivity Suite

+ Experience in documentation, training, and project management

+ Experience in leveraging APIs to interpret system configurations is a plus

+ Experience with Sharepoint and ServiceNow is a plus

**Shift Details**

Day shift

Monday to Friday

Evenings as needed
