Job Overview

This position is a combination of outside sales and deliveries , designed to build strong customer relationships while ensuring timely material delivery. Each morning begins at our Staten Island warehouse, where sales representatives utilize a company-provided F350 truck for sales visits and deliveries throughout their designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and maintain an in-depth knowledge of StonehengeUS products .
  • Begin each day at the warehouse to prepare for deliveries and sales visits.
  • Manage and grow a territory with existing dealer accounts .
  • Develop strong relationships with new and potential customers.
  • Drive an F350 truck to deliver materials and visit clients.
  • Utilize an in-house assistant for administrative support, including order generation, stock checks, sales reports, and customer profiles.
  • Organize and adjust your own weekly schedule to maximize customer engagement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with drivers operating the same F550 trucks, who can assist with deliveries, samples, or additional support.
Compensation & Growth Path
  • Base Salary up to $90,000/year, plus commission and performance incentives.
  • Structured Training & Growth:
  • Once the product line is learned, salary increases by $10,000 .
  • At this point, commission begins , with the potential to add another $10,000+ in earnings.
  • End-of-year performance bonuses available.
  • Advancement Opportunities:
  • Sales reps who successfully grow their region can advance to oversee additional sales reps and drivers .
  • Drivers who operate the same trucks as sales reps also have opportunities to move up into a sales role.

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
